Sales Executive – Social Media Marketing (Flexible Hours)

About the role

Oaktree Consulting is looking for dynamic Sales Executives to drive B2B sales of its two flagship programmes – Essential and Accelerator. You will work with a steady flow of warm leads generated by the company and supplement them with your own outreach across phone, WhatsApp and on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a dual pipeline of pre‑qualified leads and self‑generated prospects, contacting firm owners via calls, WhatsApp and walk‑ins at industrial hubs.
• Present and close sales for the Essential and Accelerator programmes, managing objections on lead quality and pricing.
• Maintain a client WhatsApp group per account, update weekly priority lists and keep clients informed about upcoming leads.
• Act as first responder for lead‑quality issues, escalating when necessary and negotiating expectations.
• Drive contract renewals and upgrades, earning commission on both new and renewed business.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for branding/marketing services and earn referral fees on successful hand‑overs.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in lead‑generation or marketing services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with SME owners.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple accounts and meet weekly targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexible hours.
