Sales Intern (6 Months)

About the role

P&G is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Intern for a 6-month full-time internship at its Singapore General Office. The intern helps improve turnover and selling fundamentals by suggesting strategic choices across budget, assortment, merchandising and promotion, with an external focus on national key customers and retailers. Interns work with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest strategic choices across budget, assortment, merchandising and promotion to improve turnover and selling fundamentals
• Focus externally on national key customers and retailers, and understand customer and shopper needs
• Contribute to negotiations on price, assortment, merchandising and promotions
• Collaborate with the customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations

Required profile

• Penultimate-year student graduating between December 2026 and July 2027
• Effective leadership skills and strategic, analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Ability to set specific goals and meet or exceed them
• Integrity and high personal standards, working well with others

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Power BI
