Sales / Key Account Executive (Korean‑speaking) – Training Provided

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales / Key Account Executive who is fluent in Korean to join our client’s engineering team in Singapore. The role is entry‑level, and comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in technical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product recommendations, ensuring timely resolution of customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, product updates, and competitor activities to uncover business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights for management.
• Support the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Prior exposure to technical sales, sales engineering, customer support, business development, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Korean to communicate with Korean‑speaking customers and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel overseas for customer visits, business development, or project support.
