Sales & Logistics Coordinator – East Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the East region of Singapore. You will act as a bridge between the sales and logistics functions, ensuring smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices and related transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners, warehouses and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and sales‑related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and maintain accurate sales records.

Required profile

• GCE O/A, Nitec or Diploma holder.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics or a related role.
• Singaporean citizenship.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems.
