Sales Manager – Audio Visual (Public Sector/Regional Markets)

About the role

Our client in the ICT industry is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead audio‑visual solutions sales across the public sector and regional markets in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic relationships and delivering complex technology solutions to institutional and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to expand market share in government, public sector and multi‑region markets.
• Identify, prospect and nurture relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations, presentations and product demonstrations for complex technology solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and client requirements to refine sales approaches.
• Partner with engineering, product and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee budget allocation for regional/government sales operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Research emerging technologies and untapped market opportunities.
• Ensure post‑sale client satisfaction through follow‑ups and proactive support.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC qualification with at least 2 years of sales experience in ICT, AV or enterprise software, preferably with exposure to public‑sector or government agencies.
• Willingness to travel as required.
