Sales Manager – Direct National & Distribution (SEA)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead direct national and distribution sales across the Southeast Asia region for Sennheiser’s audio portfolio. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building long‑term customer partnerships and delivering technical product solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through events, trade fairs and targeted outreach.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing resellers, dealers, integrators, distributors and end‑users.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and present Sennheiser’s unique selling points.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and temporary discounts in line with corporate strategy.
• Develop strategic account plans, set qualitative and financial objectives and monitor market and competitor activity.
• Track order progress, coordinate with Technical Application Engineering and internal sales support.
• Provide customers with technical advice and ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within audio, electronics or related technology sectors.
• Strong ability to build and sustain long‑term customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs, market trends and competitor activity.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
