Sales Manager

About the role

SORA ENERGY is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its construction materials sales team across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the team meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and onboard sales staff; conduct regular coaching sessions and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of construction materials, including technical characteristics and market positioning.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, manage department budgets, and report on sales activity.
• Build and nurture key client partnerships; resolve complex issues and negotiate high‑value deals.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and with product teams to refine client messaging.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability to inspire and manage a performance‑driven sales team.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and refine sales techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
• Diploma in Business, Leadership or related field with a track record of sales success.
