Sales Manager – Travel Tech (Singapore)

About the role

RateHawk, a leading brand of Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its growth in Singapore and Malaysia. You will drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and expand our B2B travel network while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Promote RateHawk’s international travel platform across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and increase market presence.
• Onboard new partners, deliver comprehensive system training, and manage API integration deals.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with partners.
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, including documentation and technical setup.
• Support partners through the first purchase and ensure compliance with payment and commercial terms.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide regular reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in B2B sales or business development.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of API‑based partnership models.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
