Sales & Marketing Engineer – Semiconductor Industry

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Engineer will be the primary liaison for assigned semiconductor customers, handling both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. You will translate customer requirements into tailored semiconductor solutions and help grow the business within the assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, supporting pre‑sales and post‑sales processes.
• Analyse customer needs and propose appropriate semiconductor products.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver customised sales proposals.
• Track and report sales forecasts and production plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to generate new leads.

Required profile

• Engineering background – any engineering discipline is acceptable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
