Sales & Marketing Mentorship – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our sales and marketing team in Singapore on a full‑time basis. The role combines hands‑on execution of campaigns with personalised 1‑on‑1 mentorship, allowing you to develop core sales and marketing competencies while contributing to client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns for client brands.
• Engage customers, communicate value propositions and support lead generation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign objectives and KPIs.
• Participate in regular 1‑on‑1 mentorship sessions and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance and client satisfaction.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and receive feedback.
