Sales Merchandiser

About the role
The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for driving product orders and ensuring optimal shelf presence across supermarkets and pharmacies in Singapore. You will work closely with outlet managers to maximise product visibility and maintain stock levels.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain orders through strong sales and negotiation skills at supermarkets and pharmacies.
- Collect 100% of orders from assigned outlets.
- Maintain zero out‑of‑stock situations and ensure sufficient inventory on shelves.
- Increase product facings and improve placement across all outlets.
- Coordinate large in‑store display orders and manage display setups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers.
- Gather and organise a wide range of product displays for full‑range coverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or merchandising (training provided).
- Positive, highly driven attitude with a strong sales focus.
- Excellent rapport‑building and negotiation abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,600 to SGD 2,800 per month.
