Sales Representative – HORECA (Foodservice)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in Singapore's HORECA market. You will be responsible for expanding our foodservice footprint across hotels, restaurants, cafés and caterers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned HORECA territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while increasing market share.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the foodservice (Western food) sector.
• Good understanding of Singapore's HORECA market is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is a plus; own vehicle is an added advantage.
