Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth of our oncology portfolio across Singapore’s healthcare sector. You will engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, building trusted relationships through value‑based conversations both in‑person and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and engage high‑potential healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to drive competitive sales growth.
• Build strong, trusted customer relationships through value‑based conversations across in‑person and virtual channels.
• Personalize customer engagement plans using insights, data, content and customer preferences.
• Develop deep customer understanding and translate feedback into actions that create value and exceed expectations.
• Partner compliantly with cross‑functional teams to address unmet customer and patient needs.
• Establish effective relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers to support better patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Science or a related field.
• Registered Pharmacist License (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including hospital coverage.
• Prior experience managing an Oncology portfolio.
• Curious, customer‑focused mindset with solid knowledge of the therapeutic area.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
