Sales & Service Assistant Manager – Asia

About the role

The Sales & Service Assistant Manager – Asia will lead and develop a team of Sales & Service Account Executives, ensuring they convert inquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Based in Singapore, this role bridges the local team with APAC leadership and supports market‑growth initiatives across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales & Service Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and service KPIs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback and structured development plans.
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, service quality and productivity, taking corrective action when needed.
• Drive inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize bookings, revenue and repeat business.
• Support the team in qualifying customer needs and designing customized rail itineraries, including upselling additional products and services.
• Handle high‑value or complex sales opportunities as required.
• Participate in in‑market sales and marketing activities (expos, trade events, local activations) and coordinate with HQ marketing.
• Act as a liaison between the Singapore team and APAC leadership, promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales or service teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a growth‑stage company where responsibilities may extend beyond traditional sales leadership.
• Willingness to engage in market‑specific sales and marketing activities across Asia.
