Sales Specialist – Home Appliances

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Home Appliances Sales Specialist to join our Singapore team, responsible for sales activities in Singapore and selected accounts in Johor, Malaysia. The role focuses on developing distributor and retail networks, achieving sales targets and providing market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales operations in Singapore and selected activities in Johor, Malaysia.
• Develop and manage distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and support promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market insights.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers and distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Home Appliances industry.
• Proven experience managing distributors and retail channels in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of the local home appliance market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Results‑driven and willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia.
