Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Specialist to join our Singapore team and help expand the reach of our global trade intelligence platform. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with early client‑facing experience who are passionate about B2B sales, data‑as‑a‑service solutions, and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, emails, calls, and meetings.
• Engage potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and use cases.
• Introduce TradeInt’s global trade data platform and conduct product demos.
• Follow up leads, convert prospects into qualified opportunities, and support inbound enquiries.
• Create and execute strategies to attract and convert new customers.
• Build, manage, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Support pricing discussions, proposal preparation, and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information with management.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience is not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore is preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM software.
