About the role
The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our shop across Singapore, driving profit through effective sales management and expense control. You will ensure the store is well‑stocked, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold high performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day shop operations to maximise sales and control direct expenses.
- Oversee stock preparation and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promote best practices within the shop.
- Motivate, support, and schedule shop staff, including planning hours, leave, and replacements.
- Handle cash, banking, and related administrative procedures securely.
- Act as key holder and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Experience in vegetable and fruit related industries.
- Familiarity with the overall retail process.
