Sales Supervisor – Lead & Grow Sales Team

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team at AL‑BISMI Meat Supplier in Singapore. You will coordinate daily sales activities, drive performance, and ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the sales team, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist line managers with recruitment, training, onboarding and retention of sales staff.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, reports and tools for top management.
• Maintain strong client communication, manage contacts and provide timely feedback.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for new business partnerships.
• Ensure proper product display across malls, supermarkets and other sales points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and retain a high‑performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, holidays and weekends as required.
