Sales Supervisor – Lead Sales Team

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are addressed. This role works closely with store, general, and production managers to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including product activations and marketing efforts.
• Assist line manager in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales force.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaint reports, and onboarding reports for new customers.
• Create sales presentations and tools to support the team.
• Maintain client communication, manage contacts, and provide feedback to line managers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to increase brand visibility.
• Control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement measures.
• Monitor market trends and ensure proper product display in malls and retail points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field with a focus on marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and retain a sales team.
• Capability to work under pressure and adapt to varying opening hours.
