Sales Supervisor – Lead Sales Team

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are addressed. Working closely with store, general and production managers, this role acts as a bridge between the organisation and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist line managers in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales force.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, lead generation data, and customer onboarding metrics to senior management.
• Develop sales presentations and tools to support client engagements.
• Maintain client communication, gather feedback, and ensure high service standards.
• Initiate sales strategies and plans to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement measures.
• Identify market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field with a focus on marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, motivate and retain a high‑performing sales team.
• Comfort working under pressure and during flexible opening hours.
