Sales Support Admin Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Admin Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this junior position you will act as the bridge between customers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and request pricing from suppliers.
• Prepare, follow up and track sales quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow‑ups.
• Support product and marketing teams on sales promotions and campaigns.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• O Level/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service or administration.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience using ERP systems.
