Sales Support Administrator

About the role

The Sales Support Administrator provides sales administration and operational support to the Bupa Global – Standard Chartered partnership sales team in Singapore. The role assists Health Insurance Specialists throughout the application process, ensuring accurate and timely handling of documentation without giving insurance advice.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process new business applications submitted by the sales team and Health Insurance Specialists.
• Check application forms and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance with approved processes.
• Upload and maintain application information and supporting documentation in Bupa and partner systems.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, compliance, finance and other internal teams to progress applications.
• Track outstanding requirements, application status and turnaround times, following up proactively to minimise delays.
• Maintain accurate application trackers, pipeline reports and management information for the Singapore partnership sales team.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification; business administration or financial services qualification preferred.
• Relevant experience in sales administration, insurance operations, banking operations or customer onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process a high volume of work accurately.
• Ability to organise competing priorities, meet service timelines and follow cases through to completion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using CRM, workflow or document‑management systems.
• Clear written and spoken English.
