Sales Support Executive

About the role

The Sales Support Executive will act as a liaison between customers and the operations team, ensuring smooth execution of service plans across Singapore. This junior position involves coordinating schedules, handling customer requests, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on work plans and service operations.
• Work with operations coordinators to manage job schedules.
• Log incoming customer requests and assign them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain and update work orders, scheduling records, and call reports.
• Ensure tools and equipment are issued, returned, and kept in good condition.
• Perform data entry and keep accurate records.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
