Sales Support Executive – Southeast Asia

About the role

DEUTZ is seeking a Sales Support Executive to back its Southeast Asia sales and commercial activities. Working from the Tuas office on a hybrid schedule, you will act as the primary commercial contact for dealers and key accounts, ensuring accurate and timely handling of enquiries, pricing, and customer data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to sales enquiries, preparing quotations for engines, service parts, and Xchange/Reman solutions.
• Perform structured price analyses and coordinate pricing requests within established commercial frameworks.
• Maintain sales opportunities, pipelines, and customer data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring data consistency and transparency.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance by region, dealer, and product group to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Serve as the interface between Sales and internal functions such as SCM and Order Management to support end‑to‑end order processing.
• Assist Regional Management with dealer business reviews, including data consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
• Contribute to sales‑related projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Initial professional experience in sales support, commercial operations or a B2B environment (internship or early‑career role).
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills for interaction with dealers, internal stakeholders and regional teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a cross‑functional, cross‑cultural setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (working with structured datasets, pricing tables and reports).
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics or comparable platforms.
