Sales Telemarketer (Beauty Industry with High Commission)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Telemarketer to promote our skincare products and beauty services to potential and existing customers. You will work from our central office, engaging clients over the phone, scheduling appointments, and driving sales through persuasive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects and existing clients via phone to promote skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions.
• Explain product benefits clearly and answer customer enquiries.
• Schedule consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants.
• Conduct follow‑up calls, encourage repeat purchases, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service; beauty or skincare industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Confident persuasion and negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales.
• Effective time‑management to handle a high volume of calls and follow‑up tasks.
• Customer‑focused mindset, attentive to needs and able to recommend suitable solutions.
