Salon Supervisor

About the role

AIMEITANG BEAUTY SALON is seeking a proactive Salon Supervisor to lead its island‑wide team in Singapore. This middle‑management position will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive employee performance in a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and clearly communicate them to all staff.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and managing shift coverage.
• Oversee, coach and mentor employees to maintain high service quality.
• Identify efficiency gaps, propose and implement process improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards throughout the salon.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
• Willingness to work longer hours, stand for extended periods and be available on weekends and public holidays.
