SAP MM Manager – Consulting

About the role

PwC’s South East Asia Consulting practice is seeking an experienced SAP MM Manager to lead business process improvement and ERP (SAP S/4HANA) enablement initiatives for large‑scale, multi‑site projects. You will work closely with client teams and stakeholders to define future‑state processes, configure solutions and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs, identify challenges and propose improvement opportunities.
• Define “To‑Be” processes, solution requirements and performance metrics.
• Lead configuration, design and deployment activities for SAP MM within S/4HANA environments.
• Manage end‑to‑end SAP MM implementation, conversion, upgrade and rollout projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional integration with modules such as FICO, SD, EWM, PP, TRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support pursuit teams by contributing to proposals, tender responses and project delivery.
• Drive change management and capability development across client organisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years of SAP consulting experience, preferably in real‑estate or large infrastructure projects.
• At least two full lifecycle SAP MM implementation projects.
• Proven ability to act as a work‑stream lead and manage complex integration scenarios.
• Strong client‑facing skills and experience delivering value‑added consulting services.

Required skills

• SAP MM functional configuration and design.
• SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Experience with SAP MM conversion, implementation, upgrade and rollout.
• Integration knowledge of SAP FICO, SD, EWM, PP, TRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur and SAP Analytics Cloud.
