SAP Project Manager - Senior Manager

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Strategy and Project Management Consultant to join its team. The role plays a central part in shaping and delivering digital transformation across several workstreams, covering strategy, digital, technology and people.

Key responsibilities

• Define the digital growth mandate, including a custom delivery model, process flow and governance model, and run a Digital DNA survey and interviews
• Assist in market assessment and develop digital initiatives, then lead projects across Strategy, Digital, Technology and People workstreams
• Lead a hybrid-agile project with team members from multiple countries, managing IT implementation, system upgrades, configuration and development, and controlling scope, resources, timeline and quality
• Gather requirements and produce Business and Functional Requirements documentation, and deliver Target Operating Model assessments for business units in several countries
• Map data against business requirements, design solution architecture and handle localization needs
• Oversee test management (SIT/UAT) and plan change management, including training and communications
• Lead agile transformation, coach teams through Design Thinking, and conduct technology evaluations and selections

Required profile

• At least 10 years of SAP consulting experience, including 10 years in project management and 8 years as an SAP functional or technical consultant
• Proven experience formulating and implementing strategic initiatives and a strong track record of project delivery
• Experience leading pre-sales, proposals and RFPs
• Relevant project management and agile certifications are a plus
