About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Scanning Officer to join our team on a six‑month contract. You will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital format while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

Scan and digitize physical documents accurately.
Index and upload records into the document management system.
Perform data entry and verify data accuracy.
Archive and maintain both physical and electronic records.
Conduct quality checks on scanned documents and data.
Retrieve and process documents as requested.
Ensure compliance with data protection policies.

Required profile

Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of documents.
Prior experience in data entry, scanning, or records management is an advantage.

What we offer

Monthly salary SGD 1,700‑1,850.
Working hours: 8:30 am–6:00 pm (Mon‑Thu), 8:30 am–5:30 pm (Fri).
18 days of annual leave.
Birthday bonus of SGD 25.
