Schedule Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Schedule Engineer to lead the planning, tracking and reporting of project schedules across civil, architectural and EPC initiatives. The role ensures that all schedule levels are accurate, resources are aligned, and any potential delays are identified early.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and follow up on project schedules and progress, producing regular progress reports.
• Consolidate, prepare and maintain Level 1, 2 and 3 schedule plans for each project.
• Develop detailed schedule and resource requirement plans for every project phase.
• Generate monthly schedule and resource requirement reports for stakeholders.
• Create and manage schedule acceleration or recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Monitor schedules continuously and issue alerts for activities that could affect completion dates.
• Identify critical‑path activities and potential additions to the critical path.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil, architecture or EPC projects.
• At least 4 years of schedule‑control experience on high‑tech facilities or advanced manufacturing plants.
• Strong communication skills to convey project information and coordinate teams.
• Strategic decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
