School ICT Support Officer – Chua Chu Kang

About the role

The School ICT Support Officer provides essential technical assistance for daily school operations and events in Chua Chu Kang. You will ensure ICT and AV equipment are ready, functional, and effectively support teaching, learning, and school programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, power on, and troubleshoot ICT and AV equipment for assemblies, recess programmes, examinations and other school activities.
• Operate and maintain projectors, televisions, digital display screens, microphones, speakers, laptops, iPads and related peripherals.
• Prepare and manage shared student devices, including charging, configuring, and organising iPads and laptops for classroom use.
• Support e‑Examinations by configuring laptops, iPads, chargers, headphones and other peripherals, and conduct pre‑event equipment checks.
• Create and edit digital media (photos, videos, highlight reels) for school events such as orientations, graduations and celebrations.
• Provide AV support during school events, handling setup, operation and teardown of equipment.
• Capture photographs and videos during events as required.
• Assist with inventory management, stocktaking and basic maintenance of ICT assets.
• Support the school’s digital transformation initiatives by advising on suitable ICT tools.
• Perform any other ICT‑related duties assigned by senior ICT staff.

Required profile

• Available to work onsite Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm.
• Ability to handle multiple devices and equipment efficiently.

Required skills

• AV equipment operation (projectors, microphones, speakers).
• iPad and laptop configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic video editing.
• Basic photo editing.
• Device charging and inventory management.
