Senior Account Manager – Demand (Southeast Asia & Greater China)

About the role

Liftoff is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its APAC Demand Team in Singapore. You will own key customer relationships across Southeast Asia and Greater China, delivering industry‑leading service to mid‑level and senior points of contact while driving revenue growth and strategic partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mobile advertisers, launch campaigns, define strategies, and upsell solutions.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Operations teams to optimise campaign performance.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
• Analyse complex data sets to uncover growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Forecast revenue, maintain a healthy pipeline of existing and prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders from mid‑level to senior director levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5‑7+ years of experience.
• 3‑5 years of account management or enterprise sales experience, preferably in ad tech, mobile marketing, fintech, gaming, or digital consulting.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue quotas and performance goals.
• Strong organisational, project‑management, commercial sense and negotiation abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the mobile app and digital media landscape.
• Advanced analytical mindset with comfort working with data and extracting insights.
