Senior Account Manager, Fabric & Home Greater Asia

About the role

IFF is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead growth for the Fabric & Home portfolio across Greater Asia. Based in Singapore, you will join a passionate, open‑minded team that drives innovative fragrance solutions for everyday products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth across the Greater Asia region by developing and executing account strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets and achieve annual revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead commercial innovation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Understand customer strategies, brand priorities and innovation roadmaps.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from brief to commercialization with cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor market trends and competition, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent olfactive communication skills, including discrimination, description and odor memory.
• Ability to identify market‑relevant fragrances and understand functional and technical capabilities.
• Bold, ambitious mindset with a track record of driving transformative change.
