About the role
Logicalis is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the generation of services revenue and support clients in their digital transformation journeys. The role focuses on solution‑based selling, understanding customer challenges, and aligning Logicalis offerings to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Generate services revenue and profits through strategic account coverage in targeted sectors.
- Identify customer pain points and propose appropriate technology solutions.
- Conduct bid analysis against competitors to create compelling, competitive proposals.
- Visit customers to present solutions, map key stakeholders, and expand reach across multiple business units.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and sales‑management abilities.
- Experience in team management, customer service, and excellent communication.
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; IT industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field are a plus.
