Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will be working with the Singapore office and a team of around 23 people from different backgrounds. The role is responsible for the financial administration and reporting of one or more entities within the Boskalis Group.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL).
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc financial/management reports.
• Prepare reporting packages for Head Office and external parties.
• Prepare forecasts and the annual budget.
• Liaise with tax agents for tax return preparation and submission.
• Lead the audit process and coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Handle ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in Finance/Accountancy (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore FRS, taxation and GST.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Intrinsic motivation, adaptability and proactive problem‑solving.
