Senior Accounting Executive – Corporate Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Executive to lead the preparation and maintenance of client financial records in compliance with SFRS/IFRS. The role involves delivering accurate financial statements, managing payroll and tax filings, and acting as a primary point of contact for client queries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, reconcile and ensure accuracy of clients' financial records in full compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and present financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports, adhering to reporting timelines.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, receivables and maintain accurate ageing reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support GST filings, prepare tax schedules and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll for clients, including statutory calculations, CPF submissions and timely payslip generation.
• Provide clear financial insights and serve as a key point of contact for client queries and advisory support.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are advantageous.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a client‑facing or outsourced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB and SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
