About the role

The Senior Accounts Executive will support the finance team in managing monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities within the shipping division. This 1‑year contract position is based in Singapore and offers exposure to a variety of financial processes.

Key responsibilities

Review AP posting – trade on a monthly basis.
Prepare and review journal vouchers each month.
Maintain monthly schedules.
Produce annual AIS reporting.
Conduct quarterly surveys.
Manage AR incoming funds, send email notifications and apply receipts monthly.
Prepare and input quarterly consolidation packages.
Review cash‑flow projections weekly (short‑term) and quarterly (long‑term).
Run monthly voyage accruals.
Coordinate annual G&A budgeting and collate divisional budgets under a single entity.
Undertake ad‑hoc tasks as required.
