About the role

The Senior Accounts Executive will manage the full set of financial records for our client base across Singapore. This role involves end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and supporting timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger, and prepare audit schedules.
Prepare quarterly GST filings and ensure compliance with Singapore tax requirements.
Organise and file finance documents, maintaining orderly records.
Execute month‑end closing activities and produce financial reports within stipulated timelines.
Perform reconciliations between various financial reports.
Lead stock‑take procedures and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
Undertake ad‑hoc finance tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum of 6 years’ experience handling a full set of accounts.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
