Senior AI Product Analyst - Banking

About the role

Capco, a global technology and management consultancy focused on digital transformation in financial services and insurance, is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead its Data and AI practice. The project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank, as a Senior Product Analyst for an AI transformation initiative: you will help design and deliver an in-house LLM-based productivity tool used by more than 200,000 colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering the in-house LLM productivity tool.
• Contribute to roadmap execution, product vision and feature planning.
• Gather user insights, analyse metrics, conduct research and track changes in user behaviour and needs to develop and refine product features.
• Work with Engineering to turn feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organised, prioritised backlog.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption and ensure the product meets market and user expectations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services and/or consulting.
• Experience supporting product development or product ownership, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics or AI/ML technologies.
• Self-starter who can work with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment and adapt to evolving technical and risk requirements.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation and AI safety principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
