Senior Analyst, Exchange and Clearing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst in Exchange and Clearing Operations. In this role you will lead critical processes that ensure the integrity, efficiency and stability of trading, clearing and settlement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operational processes, ensuring seamless execution, stability and integrity of trading, clearing and settlement activities.
• Supervise and validate trade, clearing and settlement processes, handling escalations and resolving complex operational issues.
• Maintain deep understanding of exchange and clearing regulations, ensure full compliance, support audits and contribute to policy enhancements.
• Lead analytical initiatives, evaluate trading activity, identify trends and produce high‑quality reports for management decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operation of the exchange and clearing ecosystem.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, implement quality controls for operational and regulatory reporting, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Provide quality customer service to market participants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Work on a rotating shift schedule to maintain 22/5 coverage, with shift allowance for eligible duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in exchange, clearing, trading, settlement or financial markets operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly comprehend complex concepts and data.
• Proactive understanding of regulatory compliance within financial markets.
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset for team‑based operations.
• Ability to thrive in a shift‑based work environment.
