Senior Architect – Mixed‑Use & Residential Projects (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a strong track record in mixed‑use, residential and commercial projects to join an internationally recognised practice in Singapore. The role will focus on delivering a major mixed‑use development through the tender and construction phases, requiring deep knowledge of local authority requirements and technical coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of authority applications and ensure compliance with Singapore codes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, attend coordination meetings and resolve technical issues on‑site.
• Manage tender documentation and oversee construction‑stage delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and qualified persons (QPs).

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, predominantly on Singapore projects.
• BOA registration and QP experience preferred, or demonstrable local authority and statutory expertise.
• Proven experience with mixed‑use, multi‑unit residential and commercial developments.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to engage directly with clients and consultants.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• In‑depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, authority submission processes and statutory compliance.
• Technical coordination and problem‑solving capability during tender and construction phases.
