Senior Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Architectural Coordinator will oversee all architectural works on construction sites, ensuring they meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and project schedules. This role acts as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all architectural works to guarantee compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for building construction projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop detailed work plans, cost estimations, and workforce forecasts.
• Design and maintain progress and schedule control systems.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports.
• Ensure adherence to client, consultant, and authority requirements.
• Lead on‑site teams, subcontractors, and manage daily manpower records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Preferably experienced in executive‑level construction coordination.
