Senior Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Architectural Coordinator will lead the supervision and quality control of all architectural works across our island‑wide projects in Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that design intent, specifications and schedules are strictly adhered to while coordinating closely with engineers, sub‑contractors and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all architectural works to guarantee compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for building construction projects, monitoring progress and addressing delays.
• Develop detailed work plans, cost estimations and manpower forecasts to support efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub‑contractors and authorities on all project aspects, including progress claims and reports.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, productivity and site issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction or architectural coordination.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and details.
• Experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams on site.
