Senior Architecture Coordinator

About the role

Hexacon Construction is seeking a Senior Architecture Coordinator to lead architectural work progress and quality assurance across its projects in Singapore. You will collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management of architectural work progress and quality to meet project standards and timelines.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for quotations from sub‑contractors and material suppliers.
• Review and verify architectural drawings against site requirements and client or consultant amendments.
• Produce additional sketches and drawings to clarify design details and resolve site issues.
• Analyze architectural drawings alongside structural and M&E drawings to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate variations from specifications or drawings to the Project Manager and Contracts Managers promptly.
• Ensure proper sequencing and execution of trades, verifying dimensions, alignment, levels, and set‑out on site.
• Assist the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in qualifying finish material requirements and support supplier quotation processes.
• Coordinate timely delivery and storage planning of materials in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Organise and lead regular meetings with sub‑contractors to monitor progress and address schedule impacts.
• Assign duties to architectural supervisors and monitor their performance.
• Represent the architectural team in consultant, technical, and sub‑contractor meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural firm or construction company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
