About the role
The College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at NTU is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to lead admin and faculty affairs. This position supports faculty, research, finance, procurement, and day‑to‑day office operations across the College.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate research and faculty administration, including funding processes and communications.
- Track budgets, process claims, manage procurement, and ensure financial records comply with university policies.
- Support interdisciplinary events, partnerships, and engagement activities with internal and external partners.
- Oversee office operations, facilities, equipment, vendor relationships, and workplace safety.
- Improve administrative processes, records management, and digital coordination.
Required profile
- Good university degree.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in administration, finance, procurement, or university support functions.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication abilities.
