Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager (Organisation Development)

About the role

NHG's Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) is looking for a Senior Assistant Manager or Assistant Manager (Organisation Development) to join its Organisation Development team. The team supports system-level change and workforce transformation, helping people respond with agility to lead change and transformation in the healthcare ecosystem, with a focus on population health, healthcare sustainability and value healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Support the OD function in driving system-level transformation and innovation at the intersection of people, process and system changes within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Contribute to organisation diagnostics, workforce and work redesign, culture and engagement initiatives, change management, team effectiveness and organisational learning, using evidence-based and data-driven approaches.
• Take responsibility for coordinating and delivering specific OD interventions from start to finish.
• Organise and facilitate OD dialogues, workshops and conversations.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, organisation development, change management, learning and development, workforce development and human resources.

Required skills

• Demonstrable skills and experience in large-group facilitation, project management and stakeholder management are an advantage.
