Senior Assistant Manager – Experiential Learning

About the role

The Senior Assistant Manager, Experiential Learning will drive and support student venture pathways within NTUpreneur. Working closely with internal academic units and external partners, the incumbent will connect students to resources, facilities and collaboration opportunities to accelerate tech‑enabled entrepreneurial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with programme leads, faculty and NTU schools to identify and support tech‑driven I&E student projects, promoting available resources and networks.
• Maintain a database of student projects, monitor progress, and provide targeted assistance to overcome challenges.
• Identify and facilitate collaborations with reputable organisations, government agencies, overseas universities and corporations, designing a sustainable industry‑engagement framework.
• Design and deliver co‑curricular activities with internal and external stakeholders, bringing external content to enrich student learning and capability.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work with multiple academic and administrative stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting tech‑enabled student ventures and managing project pipelines.
• Strong networking skills to build partnerships within the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
