About the role
We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to provide technical excellence and administrative support across teaching laboratories in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at NTU.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support for all laboratory users.
- Manage procurement and asset records for teaching labs, ensuring proper inventory auditing.
- Support assigned laboratory teaching classes and assist the Safety Committee with laboratory safety matters.
- Assist with risk management and workplace safety initiatives, including ISO 45001 compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in an educational institution (preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and organized approach.
