Senior Assistant Manager, Learning Experience Design

About the role

The Student and Academic Services Department at NTU is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to lead Learning Experience Design within the Library Services Division. You will translate learning needs into high‑quality, reusable learning objects that support teaching and learning at scale across the university.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning objects such as interactive modules, videos, and immersive experiences.
• Produce video learning assets end‑to‑end, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, and editing.
• Collaborate with academic and support stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure effectiveness and learner engagement.
• Use data and feedback to evaluate and continuously improve learning objects.
• Publish and manage content on LMS platforms and explore new tools to enhance delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning Design, Educational Technology, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in learning design, digital media, or content development.
• Proven ability to translate learning needs into effective, scalable solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent media production tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, e.g., Blackboard.
• Video production skills including storyboarding, filming, and editing.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled tools and emerging technologies like AR/VR.
