(Senior) Assistant Manager, Staff Health, Wellness Centre and Population Health

About the role

NUHS is looking for a (Senior) Assistant Manager for the Staff Health, Wellness Centre (SHWC) and Population Health. Reporting to the Section Head, you will support the planning and operation of SHWC clinic workflow and services, as well as population health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the right placement of patients across community care settings, including optimising workflows, extracting and analysing data.
• Support the scaling of telemedicine operations to increase service use.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support, including meeting coordination, minutes, stakeholder engagement and follow-up on action items.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including procurement, workflow improvements, implementation challenges, data management and financial reporting.
• Monitor and drive clinic performance so that key performance indicators are met.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to grow revenue and patient volume across the Staff Health clinic, Occupational Medicine and Screening Centre, and drive marketing plans to increase patient volume and screening uptake.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior healthcare experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Self-starter, independent and resourceful, with clear communication and logical thinking.
• Good writing and analytic skills, and ability to implement initiatives effectively.
